Associate Project Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as a member of a cross-functional project team tasked with delivering Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management in clinical trials.

• Engage with clients to discuss their requirements, address issues, provide status updates, and respond to inquiries.

• Design IRT solutions based on clinical protocols, Suvoda proposals, and discussions with clients.

• Record requirements and take part in both internal and external specification review meetings.

• Aid clients in reviewing IRT specifications and related documentation.

• Oversee project schedules, scope, milestones, team schedules, and task assignments.

• Assist with UAT planning, test script development, data setup, and provide client support during UAT.

• Offer protocol-specific assistance post go-live.

• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project build and maintenance phases.

• Deliver system training via in-person sessions, web meetings, and user manuals.

• Offer telephone and email support to global system users.

• Travel to client locations for meetings and user training sessions.

• Carry out other related responsibilities as needed.
