Senior Analyst, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of customer benefit plan implementation for self-funded new business clients.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to pinpoint and resolve critical implementation challenges.

• Serve as the primary contact for benefit plan implementation.

• Mediate and coordinate the resolution of project deliverables and tasks related to implementation.

• Create and implement strategies for execution that align with customer expectations.

• Ensure that strategies are administered in accordance with performance guarantee arrangements.

• Involve team members in fulfilling their responsibilities.

• Assess customer-requested exceptions and devise alternatives that satisfy client needs while minimizing operational and system impacts.

• Gather and evaluate customer feedback to enhance the quality of implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of project management and client-facing experience.

• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills at various organizational levels.

• Capacity to remain adaptable yet focused during high-pressure situations.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining a focus on overarching project deliverables.

• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

• Highly organized with the capability to quickly prioritize multiple assignments while achieving high-quality results.

• At least 1 year of experience in health plans and benefits is preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge and strong connection with Aetna organizations representing products, services, administration, operations, and systems is preferred.

• High School diploma or GED along with equivalent work experience.
