Project Manager III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project coordination, including comprehensive management, status updates, and the stability of project-related tasks.

• Develop and put into practice project management processes and methodologies.

• Ensure timely project delivery within budget, adhering to high-quality standards, and fulfilling customer expectations.

• Engage with project stakeholders about scope, timelines, and budgeting.

• Facilitate successful project execution by utilizing established project management methodologies and practices.

• Coordinate the assignment and allocation of project resources.

• Develop project timelines, inspire team members, establish milestone targets, and track progress.

• Deliver clear project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

• Address project challenges and discrepancies, escalating issues to leadership when necessary.

• Collect pertinent data and manage project budgets, reporting on budget versus actuals.

• Evaluate PMO processes and suggest enhancements.

• Offer cross-training and actively seek personal educational advancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• If a degree is not available, 9 years of relevant experience in Project Management, vendor interactions, and the Healthcare industry is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience working with vendors is necessary.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Healthcare industry is essential.

• Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute is required.

• Travel is infrequently or rarely necessary.
