Software Deployment Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end deployment initiatives, from initial scoping to production launch.

• Assess client needs and provide guidance to enhance their processes.

• Lead project workshops and manage interactions among various stakeholders.

• Create and secure approval for functional specifications and project deliverables.

• Plan and execute solution configuration in line with the customer’s operational guidelines.

• Assist with technical integrations, such as ERP/HRIS connectors, SSO, APIs, and more.

• Supervise testing, user acceptance testing, training, and transition to support teams.

• Play a role in the ongoing improvement of delivery methodologies.

• Actively communicate customer feedback to product teams.

• Track project advancements and guarantee customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Functional Project Manager or Functional Consultant in deployment projects.

• Familiarity with Finance, HR, ERP, or HRIS solutions is advantageous.

• Expertise in databases and SQL.

• Knowledge of web environments, APIs, SSO, and data exchange formats.

• Strong functional understanding of accounting, business expenses, and business operations.

• Ability to work on projects with multiple stakeholders while providing functional consulting to clients.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
