This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute the organic social media strategy as part of comprehensive omni-channel tactics and strategies.
• Produce social media content that aligns with PMI’s brand guidelines, which includes writing, visuals, and short-form video.
• Act as a subject matter expert for key social media platforms.
• Implement campaigns utilizing platform best practices and adaptive strategies to enhance audience engagement.
• Establish measurement and testing frameworks.
• Enhance the efficiency of social program and campaign analysis and reporting.
• Oversee and evaluate weekly, monthly, and quarterly organic social performance reports.
• Offer data-driven insights that align with business objectives.
• Assess the quantitative and business impact of organic social media initiatives and refine outcomes accordingly.
• Recognize key issues and events that influence marketing segments and associated business areas.
• Collaborate to attract and engage target customer demographics.
• Connect with influencers to extend reach to larger audiences.
• Collaborate with and evaluate work produced by designated external vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing, social media management, brand management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in managing agencies, particularly with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to thrive in an agile, dynamic, and customer-focused environment.
• Strong comprehension of how to represent the organization’s priorities and initiatives across various communication platforms.
• Keep informed about customer behaviors and industry trends.
• Analytical mindset with experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
• Strong creative thinking skills.
• Proficient in using Canva and other social-first creative tools for producing creative assets.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency while ensuring accountability for the quality and accuracy of final outputs.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Up to 25% travel.
