Creative Designer, Social Media Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and design visual content, including images and videos, for social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

• Collaborate closely with Media Buyers to ensure the effectiveness of creative assets.

• Conduct research on current creative trends and integrate them into your designs.

• Assess creative performance within the ad account and provide insights to the team.

• Ensure adherence to creative best practices and client protocols.

• Plan and provide briefs for creator shoots.

• Oversee client projects and maintain communication with clients.

• Optional: Develop and optimize campaigns using Ads Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training or a degree in Communication Design, Media Design, or a related field.

• Knowledge of branding, advertising psychology, and communication principles.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• 2–3 years of experience in creating advertisements, preferably for Paid Social.

• 2–3 years of experience in an agency setting.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in client communication.

• Active engagement and familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and related platforms.

• Proficient in Canva, InDesign, and Photoshop.

• Experience with CapCut and Illustrator is advantageous.

• An organized and structured work approach.

• Experience working on larger projects as part of a team.

• Capability to develop innovative creative concepts.

• Ability to interpret key KPIs in Ads Manager (optional).

• Eagerness to enhance expertise in Ads Manager (mandatory).

• Proficiency in German at a native-speaker level.
