This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement content strategies to enhance engagement, increase brand visibility, and articulate Tri Delta's narrative across digital channels.
• Produce captivating, brand-consistent photos, videos, graphics, and copy for Tri Delta's digital outlets.
• Capture live content at events and on-site activities.
• Create and direct dynamic video content.
• Assist in managing video editing vendors.
• Formulate monthly content plans in collaboration with the Brand Advancement team.
• Partner with collegiate and alumnae chapters to gather content and utilize member-generated materials.
• Ensure a consistent visual identity across social media platforms.
• Collaborate on the content calendar to align digital content with brand initiatives.
• Supervise the digital content internship program, including assigning tasks, setting timelines, and providing constructive feedback.
• Publish and schedule content across Tri Delta's digital and social media channels.
• Conduct audits of YouTube and Vimeo channels for relevance and brand consistency.
• Travel for on-location coverage at significant events, chapter sites, and organizational activities.
• Coordinate visits with chapters.
• Utilize audience insights, performance metrics, and industry trends to refine content strategy.
• Collaborate with the Digital Experience Manager and Strategic Comms Team to enhance audience engagement.
• Assess emerging digital platforms and formats.
• Track trends among NPC organizations and Tri Delta chapters.
• Manage digital communities by overseeing conversations, responding to inquiries, and engaging with audiences.
• Adhere to Tri Delta's project management protocols, act on feedback, pursue personal development, and communicate transparently.
• Promote Tri Delta's brand as a leading women's organization dedicated to empowering women to live, learn, and lead with Purpose throughout their lives.
• A Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital content creation, multimedia production, or digital marketing is required.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing digital content across social media, podcasts, and video platforms.
• Strong practical skills in creating photos, videos, graphics, and copy tailored for each platform.
• Proficiency in video production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with podcast editing platforms is essential.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative direction capabilities.
• Knowledge of digital content planning, scheduling, and organizational alignment is essential.
• Proficient in social media scheduling and publishing tools.
• Understanding of audience behavior, content trends, and digital engagement best practices.
• Excellent collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate and analyze content performance and relevance.
• Experience with nonprofit or membership-based organizations is advantageous.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required.
• Candidates must reside in the United States and be eligible to work without sponsorship.
