This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance the company's visibility on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other pertinent platforms.
• Position LinkedIn as a key channel for brand expansion, networking, and generating appointments.
• Develop and share professional LinkedIn posts aimed at educating audiences, establishing credibility, and sparking interest.
• Identify relevant professionals, business owners, prospects, and potential strategic partners on LinkedIn.
• Send targeted connection requests on LinkedIn and steadily expand the company's professional network.
• Interact with pertinent LinkedIn connections, posts, and discussions.
• Create posts and calls to action that guide interested prospects to Calendly for appointment scheduling.
• Monitor LinkedIn invitations, connections, engagement, conversations, and appointments generated.
• Review, redesign, and refresh company and professional LinkedIn and social media profiles.
• Generate and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Develop graphics, carousels, short-form videos, educational posts, promotional content, and other social media assets.
• Utilize Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable platforms to produce professional graphics and branded materials.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual representation across social media, newsletters, and the website.
• Create and distribute professional email newsletters.
• Design newsletter layouts, graphics, educational content, and calls to action.
• Maintain newsletter distribution lists and assist in organizing contact information.
• Repurpose newsletter content into social media posts and website material.
• Add newsletters, articles, graphics, videos, and other approved content to the company website.
• Perform routine updates on website content, images, profiles, and pages.
• Review the website and online profiles for outdated information and potential enhancements.
• Maintain a structured social media and newsletter content calendar.
• Collaborate with leadership to transform financial education, company information, and professional insights into engaging content.
• Collect, organize, and manage marketing and social media data.
• Create and maintain Excel or Google Sheets trackers, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Monitor LinkedIn activity, social media performance, website traffic, newsletter activity, Calendly bookings, leads, and appointments.
• Track reach, impressions, engagement, followers, clicks, connections, and appointment activities.
• Organize data for leadership to easily comprehend the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Compare performance across posts, newsletters, platforms, and campaigns.
• Identify which content and topics yield the highest engagement and appointment rates.
• Prepare regular reports summarizing marketing and social media performance.
• Utilize performance data to suggest improvements in content, posting frequency, outreach, and messaging.
• Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and successful social media tactics.
• Maintain organized libraries of graphics, photos, videos, newsletters, templates, and other marketing resources.
• Continuously innovate new strategies for enhancing the brand, increasing LinkedIn visibility, and generating additional appointments.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Social Media Content Creation, Brand Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong experience utilizing LinkedIn for professional networking, content creation, and audience growth.
• Experience in sending LinkedIn invitations and building professional networks.
• Proven track record of creating and managing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Experience in creating and managing email newsletters.
• Strong skills in data collection, organization, and reporting.
• Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets to organize and track marketing data.
• Ability to analyze social media and marketing metrics to identify trends.
• Graphic design experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Experience in creating graphics, carousels, social posts, and branded marketing materials.
• Experience in making regular updates to website content and design.
• Familiarity with Calendly or similar appointment-scheduling platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media engagement and effective calls to action.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Experience in financial services, professional services, insurance, investments, or another trust-based industry is a significant plus.
• Creative, analytical, proactive, and capable of independently generating new content ideas.
• Portfolio or examples of previous social media and graphic design work are strongly preferred.
