📋 Description

• Develop and uphold a structured social media content system and workflow.

• Craft captivating social media content, including carousels, graphics, and assets tailored for specific platforms.

• Adapt existing digital assets for various social media channels.

• Oversee content planning, production, scheduling, and publication.

• Remain updated on AI technologies and tools relevant to social media and content creation.

• Experiment with AI tools and workflows to enhance content production and management.

• Investigate AI and MCP-based workflows to boost efficiency.

• Identify chances to automate repetitive processes in social media.

• Monitor and report on social media activities, content performance, and campaign outcomes.

• Utilize UTM tracking to assess traffic and campaign effectiveness.

• Evaluate content formats, tools, and strategies, documenting the outcomes.

• Offer insights and suggestions based on performance metrics.

• Establish a modern, technology-driven social media operation from the ground up.

• Proven experience in managing social media and digital content.

• Demonstrated experience in creating carousels, graphics, and visually oriented social media content.

• Proficient in organizing content workflows and managing digital assets.

• Knowledge of social media analytics and UTM campaign tracking.

• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and social media management.

• Strong graphic design and content creation capabilities.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to produce engaging, platform-specific social media content.

• Quick adaptability to learn and implement new technologies.

• Willingness to incorporate AI, automation, and MCPs into daily workflows.

• Capacity to assess new tools and their measurable impact.

• High levels of creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
