📋 Description

• Assist in executing a comprehensive social media strategy specifically designed for the Italian market.

• Generate, curate, and oversee high-quality content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and others.

• Interact with the online community by addressing comments, messages, and reviews.

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overarching marketing objectives.

• Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors within the Italian market.

• Organize influencer campaigns, including the creation of content.

• Compile and deliver regular reports on social media performance and return on investment (ROI).

• Translate website content and other marketing materials into Italian to ensure localization and cultural relevance.

• Expand the online community, enhance brand awareness, and boost engagement in Italy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Italy (Milan is preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or in a comparable position, ideally within Italy.

• Strong knowledge of the Italian fitness and sports market.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Italian.

• Creative mindset capable of producing engaging, original content.

• Ability to function independently as well as part of a team.

• Experience in social media advertising and influencer marketing is advantageous.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with relevant influencers in the Italian market.

• A passion for social media, complemented by a keen eye for design and image composition.
