Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee various client social media profiles on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others.

• Formulate social media strategies tailored to each client's brand identity, target audience, and goals.

• Construct monthly content calendars and detailed content plans.

• Generate innovative concepts for Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts, and additional formats.

• Spot viral trends and creatively adapt them for diverse brands.

• Craft captivating captions, hooks, and content ideas.

• Conduct research on competitors, emerging trends, target audiences, and pertinent topics.

• Collaborate with designers, video editors, photographers, and other team members as necessary.

• Track social media performance and user engagement metrics.

• Evaluate content performance and suggest enhancements.

• Keep abreast of updates in social media algorithms, trends, and platform functionalities.

• Create content aimed at boosting reach, engagement, follower count, and brand visibility.

• Liaise with clients regarding content needs, feedback, and approval processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in managing social media accounts for clients is essential.

• Previous experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or social media agency is strongly preferred.

• Profound understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video content.

• Exceptional creative thinking and capability to produce unique content concepts.

• Excellent grasp of social media trends and viral content dynamics.

• Strong skills in copywriting and crafting engaging captions.

• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance indicators.

• Ability to juggle multiple client accounts at once.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• A robust portfolio or examples of prior work are highly preferred.
