This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee and enhance the company's presence on LinkedIn, with some assistance for Instagram.
• Create and uphold a cohesive social media content calendar.
• Generate posts regarding recruitment and hiring trends, available job opportunities, recruitment insights, informative blogs, company updates, milestones, birthdays, employer branding content, and related events.
• Craft captivating captions and accompanying social media text.
• Design top-notch graphics and visual materials.
• Investigate video, motion graphics, and other engaging content formats.
• Schedule content and ensure a consistent publishing rhythm.
• Assess existing content to enhance the quality, creativity, and uniformity of the brand’s social media presence.
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to contribute fresh content ideas to the team.
• Proactively suggest new methods, formats, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with directors through regular check-ins to ensure content aligns with business objectives.
• Potentially publish on individual team members’ LinkedIn profiles.
• Potentially engage with the community and respond to comments and direct messages.
• Potentially develop marketing materials and assist with website and broader brand/marketing initiatives.
• Potentially produce additional HR-related content.
• Demonstrated experience in social media management, specifically on LinkedIn.
• Background in creating content for B2B, recruitment, HR, professional services, or agency settings is highly valued.
• Strong skills in copywriting and content creation.
• Excellent visual design abilities and a keen sense for branding.
• Experience in developing and managing social media content calendars.
• Capability to produce engaging and diverse content across graphics, written posts, blogs, and ideally video/motion content.
• In-depth understanding of LinkedIn content and engagement best practices.
• Ability to independently conceive and propose new ideas.
• Proactive nature and comfort in researching competitors to spot opportunities.
• Skill in maintaining brand consistency while integrating fresh and modern creative concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to consistent posting.
• Comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Friendly and approachable personality suited for a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to harmonize the company's established heritage with a bold, contemporary approach.
• Proficiency or familiarity with Canva is required or preferred.
• Preferably experienced with CapCut for video editing.
• Candidates may utilize alternative tools if they demonstrate superior suitability for the role.
• Welcome proficiency in AI for content ideation, copywriting, video creation, or other marketing tasks while maintaining quality and authenticity.
• A portfolio showcasing previous social media work is essential.
• Availability during Australian business hours for approximately one regular weekly check-in.
• Must review LinkedIn content of competitor clients such as Who In The Zoo and The Talent Mill.
• Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a trial task involving the creation of 1–2 sample LinkedIn posts and captions based on a provided brief.
• Flexible part-time schedule.
• Daily tasks do not need to align with Australian working hours.
• Approximately one regular weekly check-in, with the potential for an additional check-in as needed.
