Junior Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to manage social media accounts

• Develop creative and engaging social media campaigns for clients in film, television, and entertainment

• Implement social strategies

• Create and maintain content calendars

• Generate ideas for social media content themes and creative approaches

• Distribute content across all social media platforms

• Manage community interactions on social media channels

• Supervise editorial calendars and content launches

• Craft engaging copy and adjust voice/tone as necessary

• Engage in campaign brainstorming sessions across the organization

• Conduct reporting and analyze metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the social media field, ideally within an agency setting

• Background in managing social campaigns within the entertainment or television sectors

• Proficient in posting on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and Reddit, including knowledge of platform best practices

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

• Strong skills in copywriting

• Exceptional interpersonal and client communication/presentation abilities

• Capable of collaborating and functioning effectively as part of a team

• Must be a resident of the United States

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm PST

• Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends; flexibility to work outside regular business hours as necessary
