Social Media Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement organic growth strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and distribution on a large scale.

• Create and oversee multi-account social media networks to boost content visibility and accelerate reach.

• Recognize emerging trends, viral formats, and algorithm changes, translating them into effective content strategies.

• Utilize AI-driven tools, automation, and content workflows to generate and disseminate substantial amounts of content.

• Craft innovative concepts, briefs, and distribution strategies for creator networks.

• Experiment with hooks, formats, retention structures, publishing methods, and distribution strategies.

• Evaluate retention, completion rates, shares, replays, and distribution speed.

• Convert successful trials into scalable growth systems across various brands, accounts, and markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of practical experience in organic social media growth, viral content strategies, or growth hacking.

• Established history of scaling TikTok and Instagram accounts.

• Proven ability to grow accounts from zero to hundreds of thousands of followers or to generate millions of organic views.

• Extensive knowledge of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, including viral hooks, audience retention, completion rates, engagement indicators, and content distribution mechanics.

• Practical experience in building and scaling multi-account networks, clipping ecosystems, or high-volume content distribution strategies.

• Skill in identifying, adapting to, and leveraging viral trends.

• Proficiency in AI-powered content creation and automation tools, such as Opus Clip, generative video platforms, and scalable content production workflows.

• Experience in developing creative strategies and actionable briefs for creators, influencers, or content production teams.

• Strong analytical and experimentation skills utilizing performance metrics, A/B testing, and rapid iteration.

• An entrepreneurial, creative, and results-oriented mindset with outstanding problem-solving abilities, strong ownership, and the capacity to devise unconventional growth strategies from the ground up.
