📋 Description

• Create and manage digital marketing and user acquisition initiatives to attract qualified visitors to Plyt and promote signups.

• Conduct testing, analysis, and optimization of campaigns to enhance acquisition outcomes.

• Design audience-targeted social media content strategies tailored for job seekers and recruiters.

• Produce, schedule, and disseminate engaging, promotional, and informative posts across relevant social media platforms.

• Formulate compelling calls-to-action to boost signup completion rates.

• Monitor engagement metrics, clicks, traffic, and signup performance.

• Determine effective content formats and channels, allocating resources strategically.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 3+ years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, or social media expansion.

• Capability to formulate an independent strategy and funnel, managing the entire process autonomously.

• A proven history of generating substantial user signups or traffic through digital marketing campaigns.

• Experience in creating captivating, audience-specific content and overseeing publishing timelines.

• Familiarity with AI tools for generating creative content.

• Basic knowledge of DMA tools.

• USB headset equipped with noise-cancellation features.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.

• Primary internet service with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps via cable connection.

• Backup internet service with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
