Social Media & Community Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage and expand the TikTok and Instagram fan pages for Run Monster Run.

• Seek out humorous, outrageous, unexpected, or memorable moments from animated episodes and transform them into shareable short-form videos.

• Collaborate with other editors to streamline the content pipeline and edit videos as necessary.

• Revise and adapt existing content into captivating clips.

• Discover innovative methods to engage with fans, ignite discussions, and stimulate interactions with characters and narratives.

• Keep track of social media trends, viral formats, and fandom culture.

• Test various hooks, captions, editing techniques, and formats.

• Evaluate performance metrics, significant engagement, shares, comments, and recurring interactions.

• Establish a consistent posting schedule while ensuring relevance to the show's audience and universe.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust portfolio showcasing TikTok and/or Instagram accounts that you have personally developed or managed, including details of actual accounts, growth, and results achieved.

• Practical experience in managing TikTok and/or Instagram accounts, preferably with a proven record of audience growth and high engagement levels.

• A collection of short-form edits, clips, Reels, or other social-media-centric content that highlights your creativity and ability to capture attention.

• Strong intuition for spotting captivating moments and converting them into content that encourages laughter, reactions, comments, or shares.

• Comprehensive understanding of internet culture, viral trends, and online fandoms.

• Audience-focused mindset prioritizing meaningful engagement over mere follower counts.

• Experience in growing fan pages, entertainment accounts, or social media profiles centered around existing shows, characters, celebrities, or other intellectual properties.

• Genuine enthusiasm for animation and animated series, along with appreciation for related communities and fandoms.

• A creative, proactive approach to experimenting with ideas, learning from outcomes, and discovering new strategies for cultivating an engaged audience.

• Availability to begin work as soon as possible.
