This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation and execution of paid social strategies aimed at driving awareness, traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
• Convert client goals into practical media plans, covering platform mix, audience research and segmentation, budget distribution, scheduling, and measurement frameworks.
• Help in establishing and monitoring campaign budgets to enhance ROI.
• Create, launch, and oversee paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Perform quality assurance checks before and after campaign launches, ensuring pixels, UTMs, conversion tracking, and reporting frameworks are validated.
• Track pacing, delivery, and key performance indicators (KPIs); identify and apply optimization strategies across various aspects like audiences, bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting.
• Develop and implement A/B tests and test-and-learn initiatives.
• Analyze media data from various platforms, third-party audience partners, and analytical tools.
• Organize, reconcile, and validate data from platform exports, dashboards, and web analytics.
• Manage ongoing campaign reports, scorecards, dashboards, analyses, and summaries.
• Leverage data to guide audience selection, budget distribution, creative strategies, and platform choices.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Project Management, Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and AdOps teams.
• Keep up to date on platform changes and best practices; experiment with new audience providers, ad formats, and measurement methods.
• Contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process enhancements.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Social.
• At least 4 years of experience in paid social as a Social Media Strategist, Paid Campaigns Manager, or a comparable role, with direct responsibility for both planning and in-platform execution.
• Demonstrated success in managing paid social campaigns at scale on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Experience in analyzing substantial amounts of media data, structuring, reconciling various data sources, and converting it into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and handling large datasets.
• Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Google Analytics, along with native platform reporting tools.
• Strong organizational abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and experience in budget management.
• Capability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence in presenting data-driven recommendations effectively.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team during U.S. East Coast business hours.
• Experience with other biddable channels, such as DV360, The Trade Desk, PulsePoint, DeepIntent, Google Ads, and Bing (preferred).
• Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated-industry marketing (preferred).
• Familiarity with healthcare audience providers like Swoop, Symphony Health, IQVIA, Crossix, and BranchLab (preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Google BigQuery (preferred).
