Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement social media strategies across diverse platforms.

• Formulate customized content strategies and comprehensive content calendars in line with client objectives.

• Produce visually appealing content that aligns with client brand aesthetics, including short-form videos, carousels, and stories.

• Create messages tailored for various audiences, industries, and client priorities.

• Address open-ended client challenges and devise innovative solutions.

• Oversee multiple client priorities and project timelines.

• Collaborate with a portfolio of 2–5 ongoing clients, selecting which clients to engage with.

• Complete client projects, generally within 1–2 days.

• Utilize web-based business applications and AI tools.

• Strong and reliable internet connection.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms.

• Capability to create customized content strategies and detailed content calendars aligned with client objectives.

• Proficient graphic design and editing skills.

• Ability to produce short-form videos, carousels, stories, and other visually engaging content.

• Skill in crafting messages tailored to different audiences, industries, and client priorities.

• Strong problem-solving skills for open-ended client projects.

• Ability to adapt to changes, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with web-based applications and platforms utilized in daily business operations.

• Thoughtful utilization of AI tools.

• Quick and independent learner of new systems.
