Social Media Manager

📋 Description

• Enhance Taimi's social media footprint, specifically on Instagram and TikTok.

• Spearhead creative, viral initiatives to foster positive social media visibility.

• Formulate and execute content strategies aimed at increasing follower growth and engagement.

• Craft witty, compelling copy and create or source visuals across various platforms.

• Collaborate with creative and design teams to produce multimedia content.

• Stay updated on social media trends and test innovative tactics.

• Partner closely with the Community team to ensure cohesive brand experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a social media manager with a proven success record.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field.

• Strong grasp of internet culture, trends, and strategies to achieve virality.

• Capability to adhere to brand guidelines while helping to shape tone and strategy across channels.

• Proficient in social media platforms, with customized strategies for each.

• Experience with both editorial and corporate brands is a plus.

• Design skills are advantageous.

• Familiarity with social formats and designs is beneficial.
