Social Media Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage Kraken Pro's social media channels.

• Develop platform-specific content for X, Telegram, and additional platforms.

• Spot trends and timely opportunities across CT/FinTwit and the wider social landscape.

• Swiftly produce relevant, on-brand content.

• Interact with the Kraken Pro community through replies, quotes, polls, and memes.

• Establish and uphold a continuous content calendar.

• Create posts, seek approval, schedule, publish, and evaluate performance.

• Convert product and ecosystem news into understandable narratives.

• Monitor growth and performance, adapting strategies based on insights and experiments.

• Collaborate with Legal and Communications to ensure messaging is compliant, accurate, and consistent across different regions and platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in social media or content, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or trading.

• A portfolio showcasing successful posts on a brand account, personal account, or managed account.

• Ability to operate efficiently under pressure.

• Skills in copywriting, meme generation, short-form video production, chart creation, and thread development.

• Comfortable managing fast-paced social media channels.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities.

• Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to produce visually engaging content by briefing a design team, utilizing Figma, or employing CapCut.

• Candidates must indicate the city and country from which they will work.

• Must have the ability to secure necessary work authorization or sponsorship as required.
