Social Media Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop platform-specific content for X, Telegram, and various social media channels to enhance Kraken Pro's influence and outreach.

• Recognize trends and timely moments across CT/FinTwit and the wider social landscape, subsequently crafting on-brand content.

• Actively interact with the Kraken Pro audience through replies, quotes, polls, memes, and meaningful dialogues.

• Establish and sustain a continuous content calendar.

• Create posts, route them for approvals, schedule and publish them, and track their performance.

• Convert product and ecosystem updates into clear and engaging narratives.

• Monitor social growth and performance, adjusting strategies based on insights and experiments.

• Collaborate with Legal and Communications to ensure compliant, precise, and harmonized messaging across different regions and platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in social media or content creation, preferably in fintech, crypto, or trading sectors.

• A portfolio showcasing successful social media posts on a brand account, personal account, or an account overseen by the candidate.

• Ability to act swiftly and perform under pressure.

• High proficiency in AI tools.

• Skill in creating copy, memes, short-form videos, charts, and threads.

• Comfortable managing fast-paced social channels.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Capacity to produce visually appealing content, including briefing design teams, using Figma, or utilizing CapCut.

• Ability to work responsibly with Legal and Communications on compliant, precise, and aligned messaging.
