📋 Description

• Management of social media profiles

• Development of monthly content plans

• Publishing and monitoring of content across digital platforms

• Customer service 2.0, responding to direct messages, comments, and interactions on social media

• Creation of texts and copies for various communication channels, including blogs, websites, institutional content, marketing emails, artwork, and campaigns

• Organization, review, and approval of plans prior to submission to clients

• Participation in sprints and continuous improvement meetings within the department

• Support for additional tasks needed to ensure the smooth operation and development of the area

• Proactive approach in addressing client problems and demands
