Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit and adapt short-form videos for Instagram and various social media channels.

• Create captions, graphics, and supplementary content.

• Revamp existing material into polished, captivating, platform-ready posts.

• Ensure that content aligns with the client’s brand identity, tone, and communication style.

• Investigate relevant trends, topics, hashtags, and content concepts.

• Organize content assets for easy retrieval and future use.

• Oversee the client’s social media accounts and daily content operations.

• Schedule and post updates, Reels, stories, and other social media content.

• Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.

• Monitor comments, messages, and basic audience interactions.

• Keep social media profiles neat, current, and in line with the client’s brand.

• Track fundamental content performance and offer updates or suggestions.

• Assist in generating content ideas in line with the client’s objectives and target audience.

• Help optimize content for search and audience interaction.

• Identify opportunities to enhance social media presence and content effectiveness.

• Assist with Generative Engine Optimization initiatives.

• Support content visibility on AI-driven search and response platforms using provided GEO training and AI-assisted workflows.

• Conduct occasional client outreach and follow-up assistance.

• Draft messages, monitor responses, and ensure timely follow-ups as required.

• Collaborate consistently with the client and the OptiNizers team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or a related position.

• Proficient in short-form video editing, caption writing, and content development.

• Familiarity with Instagram and other leading social media platforms.

• Understanding of social media scheduling, content planning, and audience engagement.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Creative, proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently.

• Ability to handle multiple content tasks and meet publishing deadlines.

• Experience in creating or managing Instagram Reels and other short-form videos (preferred).

• Previous experience collaborating with clients or businesses in the legal or law sector (preferred).

• Familiarity with content scheduling, design, and video-editing tools (preferred).

• Basic understanding of SEO, GEO, or digital content optimization (preferred).

• Experience managing social media for a personal brand, professional, or service-oriented business (preferred).

• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting (preferred).

• Willingness to utilize AI tools and learn their application in content creation, optimization, and online visibility.
