Social Media Intern – Sports Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create a comprehensive social media strategy for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and others, covering everything from audience analysis to content development.

• Generate engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, and posts tailored for the basketball community.

• Interact with fans, players, and clubs to cultivate an active and engaged following.

• Spot trends in both basketball and social media, contributing innovative ideas.

• Monitor KPIs, assess performance, and continually enhance results.

• Assist in establishing a basketball marketing agency and its community from the ground up.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess strong skills in content creation (Reels, short-form videos, and graphics)—personal projects are also considered valuable.

• You have an excellent grasp of social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram.

• You demonstrate creativity, initiative, and enthusiasm for building projects from the ground up.

• You have basic knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar software.

• You have a genuine passion for sports—preferably basketball—whether as a fan, player, or both.

• You are currently enrolled in a university or college (for a mandatory internship) or are available for up to three months (voluntary internship).

• You are fluent in German; proficiency in English is a plus.
