Social Media and Communications Designer, Fluent C2 English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging social media content for recruitment and culture platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Craft internal communications such as employee highlights, leaderboards, incentive announcements, and newsletters.

• Create recruiting and employer branding material that showcases real employees and their stories.

• Assist with marketing collateral in both print and digital formats as required.

• Ensure a consistent visual identity across all produced materials.

• Review and refine written content for clarity and professionalism.

• Availability during core working hours of 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

• Either party may terminate the agreement with one month's written notice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A solid skill set in design accompanied by a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in creating content for social media platforms, beyond just print media.

• Strong writing abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• A dependable individual who communicates effectively and can work independently.

• Bonus: skills in photo retouching and basic video editing.

• C2-level proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

• Applications, resumes, and portfolios must be submitted in English.
