Marketing Expert – Social Media, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create task briefs grounded in actual social media operations, detailing the planted issue and the decisions that a competent practitioner should make.

• Identify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states needed for authentic tasks.

• Draft or assess reference answers and criteria that differentiate between strong responses and those that are plausible but incorrect.

• Evaluate AI agent attempts against established professional benchmarks.

• Identify issues arising from disorganized or contradictory data.

• Prioritize tasks and make necessary trade-offs.

• Plan and carry out work effectively.

• Conduct quality assurance and reconciliation tasks.

• Manage issues through triaging and escalation processes.

• Undertake research and evaluation activities.

• Compile reports as needed.

• Coordinate complex workflows across multiple tools.

• Manage social inbox operations, execute campaigns and publishing tasks, perform share-of-voice assessments, and make judgment calls on owned-brand responses.

• Assist in the training and improvement of AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience managing brand social media; responsible for the account and inbox.

• Proficient in using a social management platform like Sprout Social.

• Comfortable interpreting analytics from native platforms.

• Prior experience in creating AI training environments, reinforcement learning setups, or simulated case studies is highly preferred.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or completion of Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate the rationale behind decisions.

• Required to complete a brief multiple-choice knowledge assessment specific to the sub-domain.

• Must work as an independent contractor.

• Currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
