This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and pertinent information in digital marketing.
• Gather, organize, and format extensive datasets from social media channels and various sources.
• Ensure the integrity of data and adherence to data governance protocols.
• Create workbooks and documentation that facilitate data analysis.
• Extract actionable insights that deliver client value beyond standard reporting.
• Develop reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights to clients.
• Engage in quality control, data management, and initiatives aimed at optimizing workflows.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and initiatives to enhance ICUC Insights & Analytics.
• Support revenue and growth initiatives through ad-hoc requests.
• Complete monthly reports with a 99% adherence to deadlines.
• Attend 95% of team meetings and mandatory connections.
• Finish required internal training courses and two relevant optional courses each quarter.
• Maintain a 98% accuracy rate in reports.
• Implement one workflow optimization each quarter.
• Contribute to at least two non-recurring revenue or marketing requests every quarter.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media analytics.
• Proven ability to utilize social listening tools to derive valuable insights.
• Advanced expertise in Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, and Khoros.
• Capability to convey complex social media data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in applying industry best practices for data accuracy, analysis effectiveness, and report quality.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets, recognize trends and patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Skill in creating clear, engaging, and visually appealing presentations and reports.
• Strong understanding of computer applications, spreadsheet software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to actively listen to client needs and project specifications.
• A desktop computer or laptop that meets minimum system requirements.
• High-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 mb/s.
• Adequate headset/mic and webcam setup.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
