Social Media Analyst Intern, Undergraduate Summer 2027

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Conduct UX/UI research to evaluate provider portals and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing the clinician experience.

• Assist in the development of provider communication strategies and the modernization of social media across Illinois.

• Provide organization, documentation, scheduling, and follow-up support as required.

• Acquire knowledge of job functions within the Managed Care sector and investigate career pathways.

• Utilize academic knowledge and cultivate new skills through various projects.

• Investigate legal, regulatory, and other relevant topics within the functional area and industry.

• Participate in training and development sessions.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited institution throughout the internship duration.

• Ideally pursuing a field related to the hiring department, such as marketing, communications, or design.

• Must maintain enrollment throughout the internship period.
