SOAR Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance SOAR workflows aimed at automating the detection, investigation, and response to security incidents.

• Minimize detection and response durations.

• Integrate SOAR with security solutions, including SIEM, EDR, and forensic analysis tools.

• Create a cohesive and effective security platform.

• Evaluate and manage security risks effectively.

• Implement necessary security measures to safeguard the organization’s assets.

• Identify areas for enhancing security processes and automate further tasks.

• Develop and uphold technical documentation associated with automated processes and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related or information security field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in DevSecOps, software development, or within a Security Operations Center (SOC).

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or JavaScript, for scripting and automation tasks.

• Practical experience in cloud security.

• Experience in troubleshooting both Linux and Windows Server systems.

• Familiarity with a leading SOAR platform, such as Microsoft Sentinel, IBM Resilient, RSA NetWitness Orchestrator, D3 Security, Splunk, Google Cyware, ServiceNow, or RedNode is preferred.

• Experience in writing technical reports is preferred.

• Basic conversational proficiency in English is preferred.

• Willingness to undertake temporary business travel when necessary.
