Senior Principal Enterprise Wide Applications Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, implement, and provide ongoing support for projects aimed at introducing new capabilities that enhance business operations.

• Collaborate directly with project leaders to identify needs and objectives, and work together on functional solutions and optimizations of business processes.

• Supervise the development, delivery, and maintenance of integrations between NGC Systems, which include MES, SAP S/4 Service Management, and iMRO.

• Assist cross-sector, cross-functional groups of technical and business professionals, as well as end users in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Sustainment capabilities.

• Create and implement technical solutions to complex challenges in alignment with enterprise goals and objectives.

• Lead the development and troubleshooting of interfaces, enhancements, business process improvements, and conduct regression testing and validation.

• Act as a liaison between business users and development teams to articulate requirements and processes.

• Provide SAP configuration support and manage Configuration Management oversight.

• Develop and maintain formal interface documentation, including functional specifications, workflows, and data maps.

• Regularly provide status updates and conduct briefings for executive leadership.

• Report directly to the Sustainment Solutions Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience; a High School diploma or equivalent with 12 years of relevant experience may be evaluated in place of a completed degree.

• Proficient in troubleshooting with methodical approaches and techniques for integration solutions, ensuring solid final resolutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of ERP technical principles, theories, and concepts, along with a general awareness of related disciplines.

• Capability to perform work in a virtual environment.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with Manufacturing disciplines and Sustainment Execution Systems as they pertain to Maintenance, Repairs, and Overhaul.

• Leadership qualities that foster solutions and adherence to scheduled commitments.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Technology, or Logistics and Supply Chain is preferred.

• Experience with User Acceptance and/or Business Process Testing.

• Proficiency in Fiori and S4HANA.

• Over 4 years of SAP experience with Configuration.

• More than 4 years of experience writing Functional Specifications, including the research and identification of appropriate technical data to direct developers.

• Expertise in iMRO and Plant Maintenance systems, domain models, and workflows.

• Familiarity with legacy SAP ERP systems and a general understanding of SAP S/4 Service Management, Plant Maintenance, and iMRO.

• Experience in systems architecture development, particularly in the integration of iMRO, Plant Maintenance, SAP ERP, and MES.

• Knowledge and experience in SAP configuration.

• Understanding of S/4 Service Management and iMRO as they relate to component and aircraft repairs.

• Proven experience leading integration projects and efforts.

• U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions that necessitate a government clearance and certain other restricted roles.
