• 2 to 4+ years of demonstrated experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or related roles.

• Proven history of expanding social channels and achieving measurable outcomes.

• In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, platform best practices, and emerging trends.

• Exceptional English copywriting and storytelling abilities.

• A balanced approach that merges creative content development with performance analytics.

• Clear comprehension of social media marketing as both an acquisition and retention tool.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and awareness of trends.

• Quick learner who adapts readily to new tools and shifting priorities.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
