SMB Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive onboarding journey for SMB clients, from the initial kick-off call to successful activation.

• Provide customized training sessions to assist clients in configuring and implementing Connecteam according to their specific business requirements.

• Assist customers in achieving quick wins that demonstrate the platform’s benefits and promote higher adoption rates.

• Ensure clients develop strong usage practices that foster retention and enhance satisfaction.

• Recognize at-risk clients early and devise proactive strategies to prevent churn.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles is essential.

• Experience with SMB clients is a significant advantage.

• Exceptional presentation and training abilities.

• Technologically adept with a quick learning curve to understand and communicate software solutions.

• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently.
