SMB Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete onboarding journey for SMB customers, starting from the kick-off call and leading to activation.

• Provide customized training sessions to assist clients in configuring and implementing Connecteam according to their specific business requirements.

• Assist customers in achieving quick wins that highlight the platform’s benefits and enhance adoption rates.

• Ensure that customers develop strong usage patterns that promote retention and satisfaction.

• Recognize at-risk clients early on and formulate proactive strategies to reduce churn.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles - REQUIRED.

• Experience engaging with SMB clients - a significant advantage.

• Exceptional presentation and training capabilities.

• Technologically adept with the capacity to quickly learn and articulate software solutions.

• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple onboarding projects concurrently.
