SMB Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete onboarding journey for SMB customers, starting from the initial kick-off call to activation.

• Provide customized training sessions to assist clients in configuring and implementing Connecteam according to their specific business requirements.

• Assist customers in achieving quick wins that highlight the platform’s value and promote adoption.

• Ensure that customers develop robust usage habits that enhance retention and satisfaction.

• Proactively identify at-risk clients and devise strategies to prevent churn.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing positions - REQUIRED.

• Experience with SMB clients is a significant advantage.

• Excellent presentation and training abilities.

• Technologically adept with a capacity to swiftly learn and articulate software solutions.

• Highly organized with the capability to handle multiple onboarding projects concurrently.

• A collaborative team member who excels in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.

• A positive mindset, empathy, and a high level of energy.

• Must reside in one of the following states: Texas, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Utah, or Georgia.
