SMB Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete onboarding journey for SMB customers, starting from the initial kick-off call to their successful activation.

• Provide customized training sessions to assist clients in configuring and implementing Connecteam according to their specific business requirements.

• Assist customers in achieving quick wins that demonstrate the platform’s value and enhance user adoption.

• Ensure that customers develop strong usage habits that promote retention and satisfaction.

• Proactively identify at-risk clients and devise strategies to prevent churn.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles — REQUIRED.

• Experience with SMB clients is a significant advantage.

• Excellent presentation and training abilities.

• Tech-savvy with a quick learning curve for explaining software solutions.

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple onboarding projects at once.
