SMB Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete onboarding journey for SMB customers, starting from the kick-off call to their activation.

• Provide customized training sessions to assist clients in configuring and utilizing Connecteam according to their specific business requirements.

• Direct customers towards quick wins that highlight the platform’s benefits and promote higher adoption rates.

• Ensure customers develop robust usage habits that enhance retention and satisfaction.

• Recognize at-risk clients early on and formulate proactive strategies to reduce churn.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles.

• Experience with SMB clients is a significant plus.

• Excellent presentation and training abilities.

• Tech-savvy with a quick learning curve to understand and communicate software solutions effectively.

• High organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple onboarding projects at once.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting.

• A positive demeanor, empathy, and a high level of energy.

• Must reside in one of the following states: Texas, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Utah, or Georgia.
