Skilled Trades Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for skilled trades positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Develop and sustain a pool of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking efforts.

• Collaborate with account managers and leadership to comprehend client staffing requirements and deliver customized recruitment solutions.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience throughout the process.

• Diligently manage candidate data, employee records, and compliance obligations.

• May need to work evenings or weekends occasionally to meet urgent staffing requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for skilled trades or construction roles.

• Strong sourcing abilities with a proactive, hunter mentality.

• Excellent organizational skills to keep track of critical details effectively.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated capability to perform well under pressure, responding swiftly to frequent high-demand requests.

• Experience with MSP/VMS is a plus.

• Must be available to work over 40 hours per week, including occasional evenings and weekends as necessary.
