Contract GTM Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential candidates for Business positions through outreach, referrals, and talent pools.

• Perform initial recruiter screenings and provide clear, structured feedback to the recruiting team and hiring manager.

• Oversee candidate pipelines while ensuring that interview scheduling and logistics remain on track.

• Maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.

• Provide a timely, communicative, and respectful candidate experience at every stage of the process.

• Assist recruiting team projects, which include developing talent pipelines, enhancing outreach templates, and refining process documentation.

• Proactively identify roadblocks, market feedback, and candidate concerns to inform the recruiting team early on.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably with some involvement in contract or agency roles.

• Experience in supporting hiring processes within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

• Familiarity with sourcing tools and an applicant tracking system.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to quickly adapt and collaborate effectively within a team amidst changing priorities.

• A strong sense of reliability, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

• An interest in Plaid’s products and the fintech industry.
