Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position requirements, providing pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal partners and departments to design and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job specifications and deliver robust candidate slates while nurturing talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process with timely updates regarding their progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to establish offer details, utilizing market data and compensation frameworks to support decisions.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for clients throughout the recruitment cycle.

• Deliver proactive and timely updates on search progress.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Experience in manufacturing/industrial recruitment is essential.

• Experience in union site recruitment is required.

• Full cycle and high-volume recruitment experience is necessary.

• Proficiency in Workday ATP is required.

• Proven recruiting experience with successful outcomes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Ability to work from 8 am to 5 pm EST.
