Contractor Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, source, and cultivate contractor prospects within designated regions.

• Execute data research to pinpoint the most qualified contractors.

• Assess applications and interviews to confirm that candidates meet or exceed the qualifications.

• Oversee new hires to ensure the timely receipt of paperwork and documentation during contractor onboarding.

• Maintain company records using contractor management software.

• Build and nurture robust relationships with contractors.

• Collaborate with fellow recruiters and management to achieve specific goals and objectives.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

• Contribute to the organization's quality programs.

• Travel as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.

• Knowledge of construction or a background in insurance adjusting is preferred.

• Capability to communicate program details effectively to prospective contractors.

• Strong skills in statistical analysis.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.

• Proficient in PC use, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Outstanding customer service skills.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
