This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more states.
• Assist in post-award Site Identification tasks
• Create strategies for site identification
• Oversee feasibility questionnaires
• Coordinate CDA and outreach initiatives
• Execute site recommendation processes
• Provide training for assigned personnel
• Supervise Site Activation Specialist support staff
• Facilitate client discussions and manage escalations
• Analyze and present data and information
• Design engaging visualizations, such as charts and graphics
• Lead and support remote teams
• Flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in critically analyzing and presenting information/data
• Ability to communicate ideas persuasively
• Skill in creating compelling visualizations, including charts and graphics
• Experience in leading client discussions and managing escalations
• Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking skills
• Capacity to process and adjust to new information
• Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and oversight
• Capability to function as part of and support/lead remote teams
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Fundamental understanding of Site Identification processes
• Willingness to travel for business (less than 10%)
• Over 5 years of applicable experience in industry, healthcare, or data-driven feasibility
• Background in medicine, science, or related fields across various therapeutic areas
• Preferably significant international experience in clinical drug development
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice guidelines
• At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
