Site Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and execute plans and strategies for site engagement

• Cultivate robust relationships with investigators, site personnel, and institutions

• Recognize and develop high-achieving investigative sites

• Assist sites in overcoming challenges related to patient recruitment and enrollment

• Serve as a primary point of contact and escalation for sites

• Collaborate with global study teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors

• Establish connections with high-performing sites and Key Opinion Leaders

• Disseminate site insights and best practices among global teams

• Facilitate investigator training and relevant therapeutic/industry meetings

• Contribute to the execution of the client’s global clinical trials

• Design and implement site engagement strategies throughout the study lifecycle

• Enhance site performance, tackle enrollment challenges, and ensure timely trial completion

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and/or CROs

• Background in site engagement or similar investigator-facing roles, such as CRA, Clinical Project Manager, Study Manager/Director, or Study Coordinator

• In-depth knowledge of GCP and the clinical regulatory landscape

• Solid understanding of clinical trial protocols, site operations, and patient recruitment

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities

• Experience in international, cross-functional, and matrix environments

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

• Willingness to travel to UK hospital sites to fulfill the responsibilities of the role

• Legal authorization to work in the location where the role is based
