Site Conversion Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Lead the deployment activities for national site conversions across the retail network.

• Supervise site readiness, branding, equipment transitions, system cutovers, and handovers.

• Manage the sequencing of deployments to minimize operational and trading disruptions.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Site Conversion Advisors.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for deployment-related risks, issues, and stakeholder concerns.

• Promote governance, assurance reporting, and program transparency.

• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the conversion lifecycle.

• Coordinate conversion deployments with Field Operation Integration Leads, the PMO, vendors, and key stakeholders.

• Ensure site conversions are delivered safely, consistently, and in accordance with operational, governance, and readiness standards.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale operational or transformation initiatives.

• Deep understanding of frontline retail operations and site-based execution.

• Outstanding skills in stakeholder engagement and influencing.

• Experience collaborating across field operations and central support functions.

• Strong proficiency in risk management, governance, and operational decision-making.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in developing and coaching teams.

• Capability to lead deployment activities while prioritizing safety, governance, and commercial objectives.

• Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
