Oracle Cloud Conversion Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage data conversion initiatives, ensuring they align with the organization's objectives and adhere to regulatory standards.

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud conversion processes, offering expert advice and assistance to project teams.

• Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into technical specifications and enhancements.

• Create, implement, and refine data conversion processes utilizing Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Perform data analysis and validation to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the converted data.

• Deliver training and support to project teams on the functionalities and best practices of Oracle Cloud conversion.

• Keep abreast of the latest Oracle Cloud technologies and trends in the data conversion industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in data conversion and migration, specifically focusing on Oracle Cloud conversion processes.

• Profound expertise in Oracle Cloud conversion solutions and their various components.

• Strong skills in data analysis and process optimization.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Capability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.

• Experience with other Oracle Cloud applications and modules.

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

• Certification in Oracle Cloud conversion technologies.
