Site Contracts Negotiator – Study Start Up

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of negotiating and executing clinical trial agreements and budgets for various studies independently.

• Negotiate site contracts and budgets with investigator sites within established guidelines and playbooks.

• Review and modify contract language to meet sponsor requirements, adhere to local laws, and incorporate site feedback.

• Oversee a portfolio of contracts, track cycle times, and proactively tackle any hurdles to execution.

• Work with legal, finance, and project teams to address contractual inquiries and ensure alignment.

• Keep precise records of negotiations, approvals, and executed agreements in relevant systems.

• Assist in the continuous enhancement of contract templates, processes, and guidelines.

• Provide mentorship to junior colleagues as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English and one of the following languages: French, German, or Italian.

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Relevant experience in site contracting, contract administration, or similar positions within CRO, pharma, or healthcare.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial agreements and budget negotiation principles.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple contracts and timelines with a keen attention to detail and quality.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach towards stakeholders.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
