This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, draft, negotiate, and monitor legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and their amendments.

• Review, draft, and negotiate master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and additional client contracts.

• Collaborate with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to address or escalate contractual issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep study team members informed on the status of contract negotiations and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

• Assist in the maintenance and archiving of contract files and databases.

• Help design and implement procedures for prompt contract execution.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and take corrective actions.

• Perform other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, or a 4-year college degree.

• Experience in a CRO or healthcare environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations.

• Proven experience in leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.

• Proficient in MS Office software and computer applications.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Ability to manage sensitive matters with confidentiality.

• Strong organizational skills, written communication, multitasking abilities, and prioritization skills.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in law, scientific disciplines, business administration, or an equivalent qualification.

• Preferred: Familiarity with establishing Contracting Plans and guidelines for CTA and budget negotiations.
