This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, clinical study agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, and amendments.

• Collaborate with Clinical Operations study teams, supervisors, and both internal and external stakeholders to address or escalate contractual matters.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep study team members informed about the status of contract negotiation and execution.

• Establish, track, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

• Maintain contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Assist in the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure timely contract execution.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate, postgraduate, or a 4-year college degree is required.

• Experience in a CRO or healthcare environment is essential.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations.

• Proven experience in leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.

• Proficiency in MS Office software programs and computer applications is necessary.

• Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion is required.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual setting.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or a related field.

• Preferred: Familiarity with establishing Contracting Plans and guidelines for CTA and budget negotiations.
