This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Review, create, negotiate, and monitor confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and their amendments.

• Draft, negotiate, and review master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and various other client contracts.

• Collaborate with supervisors and both internal and external stakeholders to address or escalate contractual issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep study team members informed about the status of contract negotiations and executions.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

• Maintain contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Assist in developing and implementing processes for prompt contract execution.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and take necessary corrective actions.

• Work alongside Clinical Operations study teams to align deliverables with study timelines.

• Carry out additional assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate with a 4-year college degree.

• Experience in a CRO or healthcare environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations.

• Proven experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.

• Proficient in MS Office software and various computer applications.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship.

• A Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
