Site Contracts, Budgeting Specialist

📋 Description

• Engage directly with designated sites regarding clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment conditions, ancillary agreements, and any amendments.

• Participate in contract management duties and take accountability for deliverables.

• Collaborate with the internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations teams, and TAU partners to enhance SB&C metrics and procedures.

• Ensure that standards are consistently applied to SB&C processes across various projects.

• Utilize industry tools and data sources to offer budget and contract feedback that aligns with parameters and fair market value guidelines.

• Identify potential delays and improve upon them, escalating issues to the appropriate team members as necessary.

• Monitor actions and negotiations to meet timelines for the assigned studies and sites.

• Assist in resolving escalated concerns highlighted by the site activation sub-team in collaboration with the internal Study Startup team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or a relevant industry vendor.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Capability to interpret data to support data-driven decision-making processes.

• Familiarity with clinical study protocols and assessment schedules.

• Excellent organizational, decision-making, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
