Site Contract Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the comprehensive site contracting strategy and execution for global clinical trials.

• Serve as the main contracting liaison with sponsors, participating in sponsor calls across various time zones.

• Supervise and mentor project-assigned Site Contracts teams, delivering leadership, guidance, and escalation support.

• Lead the development and evaluation of investigator budgets, ensuring consistency with protocols, country practices, and sponsor expectations.

• Facilitate effective negotiations, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with protocols and study objectives.

• Maintain a strong focus on quality, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in leading strategic discussions with sponsors.

• Sound judgment and capacity to influence without direct authority.

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Collaborative, resilient, and diplomatic when facing pressure.

• Strong expertise in Excel, including budget formulas and financial analysis.

• Experience in global clinical trials.

• Confident in navigating multinational contracting environments.

• 3–5 years of experience in site contracting or a related CRO role.

• Proven track record in managing timelines, budgets, and external client relationships.

• Strong negotiation skills along with the ability to interpret and clarify complex contracts.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (law, business, economics, social sciences) or equivalent industry experience.
